Discussion Panel: Behind the Scenes of Art Conservation

Join us for a panel discussion about Hill-Stead’s conservation project. Have burning questions about art conservation? Are curious about the findings revealed through this conservation project? Take advantage of this panel discussion and interact with expert conservators Teresa Longyear and David Bull. At this event you will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the conservation field and learn how you can contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage.

Dr. Anna Swinbourne, Executive Director and CEO and Melanie Bourbeau, Senior Curator will moderate the discussion, while David and Teresa discuss their experience treating the Impressionist masterpieces at Hill-Stead.

Doors open at 5:30 pm and the conversation will begin at 6:00 pm. Following the discussion, there will be a reception.
